Nos encontramos en la ZONA RESIDENCIAL del polígono de LA RESINA, Zona Sur de Madrid, y gracias al transporte público y en concreto al cercanías de Renfe SAN CRISTOBAL INDUSTRIAL, usted podrá estar exactamente en 13 minutos en la estación de Atocha y 18 en Sol. Appartement super, séjour super
Très bon accueil de la part de Patricia L'appartement est situé dans une zone artisanale mais cela ne pose pas de problème. A partir du 4 eme étage il offre une belle vue sur les montagnes environnantes et une partie de Madrid Il dispose d'un parking privé en sous sol et l'immeuble est totalement fermé et surveillé. Il est bien équipé: Lave linge, lave vaisselle, WIFI, TV,... En vaisselle 2 bols et des verres à pied en supplément auraient été bien Pour les frileux: l’appartement est très bien chauffé Un super marché se trouve à 5 mn de marche et pour se rendre à Madrid la station de train se trouve à 8 mn de marche et il faut environ 15 mn en train pour atteindre la gare principale d'Atocha et ensuite partir visiter Madrid Nous remercions notre hôte pour son excellent accueil et n'hésiterons pas à le conseiller à notre entourage
