Nos encontramos en la ZONA RESIDENCIAL del polígono de LA RESINA, Zona Sur de Madrid, y gracias al transporte público y en concreto al cercanías de Renfe SAN CRISTOBAL INDUSTRIAL, usted podrá estar exactamente en 13 minutos en la estación de Atocha y 18 en Sol. tranquilidad, estacionamiento, buena atención de parte de Patricia, muy cómodo el dto

el lugar si bien está alejado del centro de Madrid, está bueno porque para descansar es ideal, ningún ruido, supermercado (mercadona) muy cerca, estacionamiento, muy confortable el dto, tenía todo lo necesario para habitarlo, muy bueno el servicio del lavarropas. todo ok, el tren pasa a dos cuadras y comunica con todo.

Nos hemos alojado 4 noches en este duplex y la experiencia ha sido estupenda. Muy cerca hay una farmacia y un Mercadona y a 5 minutos andando hay una parada de tren que te lleva al centro. La chica que nos atendió al llegar muy atenta. Habia agua fresquita en la nevera, caramelos y capsulas de café de cortesía. Si tuviera que poner un pero es que la cocina no tiene horno. Tenemos muy claro que si volvemos a Madrid repetiremos.

Hola Maria José buenos días! Muchísimas gracias por sus comentarios, ha sido un verdadero placer alojarles y nos alegra enormemente que el loft fuera ideal para ustedes casi como su casa. Lamentamos no disponer de horno pero es un asunto que por política de empresa preferimos no incluir, no todo el mundo hace un uso tan correcto de los utensilios como ustedes y de ahí que no podamos ofrecer ciertas cosas. Esperamos volver a verles en su próxima visita, muchísimas gracias y hasta pronto!

About the neighbourhood

We are in the residential area of the polygon of the resin, the advantage of this area is that we can offer quality of 4 star hotel and a half to more reasonable prices, without giving thereby to make tourism center, since the connection it's excellent. In our street there is a restaurant, a pharmacy, a MERCADONA, and a grocery store with extended hours open, close but drive (5 minutes) is THE MALL PARQUESUR, you will find all the trendy shops and the best Restaurants :)

Getting around

Thanks to the commuter train is just 13 minutes from Atocha and 18 Sol, drive lets you navigate to any point of the community of Madrid in 20 minutes, the center will come only in 15 minutes

How to get there

We are in the south of Madrid, although the connection to the center is extraordinary, both by public transport or own vehicle. We are very close to the motorway of Andalusia (A4), the Toledo motorway (A42) and the M45 ring road, which will allow you to scroll through the Community of Madrid in no time and quickly find. We are just behind the Hotel Vertice in the parallel street! To arrive without a vehicle, we recommend RENFE STATION SAN CRISTOBAL INDUSTRIAL is a 3-minute walk from the building.
