It has 2 full bathrooms, recently renovated; kitchen fully equiped; and three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with two single beds and a third with a single bed. It has central heating. The apartment is designed for a maximum of 5 people. It is located in the center of Madrid, in the Barrio de Salamanca, very close to the Retiro and the Corte Inglés de Goya. It is very well connected by Metro (O'Donell stop - line 6 circular) and buses. Public parking next door, in the Palacio de los Deportes building (which is 40 meters away). One of the bests places to enjoy Madrid

This well located, comfortable and well equipped flat was the perfect location for our Madrid-based family Christmas. Metro and bus connections were close, as well as good shops, fantastic restaurants and even El Corte Inglés (which came really handy for late shopping on Christmas Eve)....More

Perfect for the whole family.

Very well placed for transport links and the Retiro. We found many very good child friendly restaurants within five to ten minutes walk.

Excellent location , great apartment !!

Location is excellent , very convenient set up with 3 bedrooms , easy access to metro , bus , cabs , Uber etc. Had a great time , would definitely recommend it and will come back as well on our next trip. Thanks to Daniel...More

Good Value

We were in Madrid for only a few days visiting family, so the apartment's location was important. There was a Metro nearby and a do-able hike to the Retiro. Owner was kind and helpful. For our purposes, it was great.

The apartment is in one of the best neighborhoods in Madrid, El Barrio Salamca. It has all the endowments and services nearby, it is well connected by metro and bus. Hospital Gregorio Marañon ten minutes walk, supermarkets nearby (Day, Ahorramas, El Corte Inglés ...). Bars and restaurants. And of course a very commercial area with the best shops (all Calle Goya, Serrano, etc). Retiro Park ten minutes walk. In short, one of the best neighborhoods in MADRID.

The nearest metro station is Odonell, line 6, and the De Goya stop, lines 2 and 4 are also very close. There are also numerous bus lines that pass near the apartment, there is a bus stop in Felipe II. If you let us know a couple of days in advance, we can hire a transport company that picks up guests at the airport and leaves them at the apartment. It is comfortable and fast and costs between 40 and 50 euros; for 5 or 6 people.
