LA TERESINA HOME HOLIDAY Matera 4* Appartamento LA VIA Aspetti positivi: Ottima Posizione (meno di 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e con parcheggio comodo), parcheggio sulla strada (preferibilmente sulla via parallela), pulizia, aria condizionata ben posizionata, appartamento grande moderno e ben tenuto, istruzioni chiare e dettagliate, rifornimento acqua e succhi, presenza freezer Aspetti negativi: Colazione con prodotti standard confezionati da forno (nulla di locale), ma soprattutto la mancanza di un balcone e/o patio (come invece previsto espressamente dai servizi di booking); per chi ne avesse bisogno (a noi non è servito, quindi non influisce sulla valutazione) manca un armadio chiuso

Pulizia impeccabile, cura dei dettagli, accoglienza fantastica, ci si sente davvero a casa. Se dovessimo tornare a Matera, sicuramente sceglieremo questo incredibile posto

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte, tutto perfetto. Posizione ottima a piedi dal centro. Appartamento impeccabile, spazioso, pulitissimo, molto curato! La proprietaria è squisita e molto cordiale. La colazione è impeccabile inoltre c'è un bel cesto di frutta che ti da il benvenuto e un souvenir alimentare per te. Cosa vuoi di più dalla terra dell'Amaro Lucano?

Just right for 1 night
Easy to find in excellent location on edge of sassi cavenos. 5 minutes walk into centre. Well-equipped, simply furnished, comfy bed, air-con that works, clever use of space, good shower. DIY breakfast with plenty of fruit, yoghurt, crisp breads and pastries. Young owner very helpful. Free parking outside in the street or across the road in a square. Lovely, grazie!

Splendido!
Abbiamo soggiornato due notti, tutto splendido. Posizione strategica, tranquilla sia di giorno che di notte! Comodissima a piedi dal centro. Appartamento impeccabile, spazioso, pulitissimo, ampio, curato in ogni particolare e con ottimo gusto! Adatto anche per trascorrere più giorni...Non manca nulla, piano cucina attrezzato per ogni necessità!!! Ben arieggiato e fresco...addirittura profumato !!! Anche i proprietari molto cordiali e da subito capaci di farti sentire a tuo agio, molto disponibili e simpatiche!! Direi tutto perfetto !!!!

Struttura bellissima a due passi dai sassi di Matera!
Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una notte ad agosto e siamo rimasti affascinati dalla cura dei dettagli, dalla posizione strategica (appena fuori dal centro, ma comoda per parcheggiare e per visitare Matera!) e dal comfort della struttura!!! L'ambiente è rilassante e piacevole, il letto comodo, la cucina dotata di tutto ciò che può servire (compresa macchinetta per il caffè!). Adatta anche a soggiorni più lunghi. Degna di nota la pulizia accurata della struttura e la gentilezza delle due sorelle che gestiscono l'attività: gentili e disponibili (ci hanno aspettato, nonostante il notevole ritardo nel nostro orario di arrivo rispetto a quello preannunciato; inoltre forniscono un elenco di ristoranti e locali che suggeriscono)!!! Consigliatissimo!!!!

Just lovely
Very good location (with parking which is difficult to find if situated in Sassi di Matera), very nice and typical decor, even though outside 36 degrees no need for air conditioning! Very clean, with all amenities (plates, spoons, pots if you wan't to cook and they even have a dolce gusto coffee machine!), very nice owner who gave us a map and explained where to go/what to do. Breakfast is not served but the lady bought us bread, milk, water, nutella, jam, biscuits... and left it in the kichen for us to make breakfast when we wake up. We really loved the place and are in love with Matera, we definitely hope to come back one day.

Ottima posizione per spostarsi ed andare al centro. Ottima l'accoglienza in casa con tutti i confort in dotazione. Pulizia in casa e dopo tre giorni viene rifatta. Accolgono i cani. Le critiche che vogliono essere costruttive: in casa fa caldo e non essendoci finestre contrapposte l'aria non circola e la notte con il caldo non si dorme. Anche delle semplici pale al soffitto sarebbero bastate. Il piano cottura elettrico che più di 12 (la somma tra due piastre attive) non va. Bello esteticamente ma per niente pratico. Consigliabile assolutamente.

Grazie mille per aver scelto la nostra struttura e per averci recensiti! Nel mese di giugno ha fatto davvero molto caldo ma per fortuna abbiamo risolto il problema installando climatizzatori in entrambe le case, sia nella zona giorno che nella zona notte. Le pale avrebbero rovinato l'estetica della volta oltre che rivelarsi inutili a causa dell'altezza. Per quanto riguarda il piano cottura, la potenza è regolabile ed è stata limitata appositamente per garantire ai nostri ospiti di poterli utilizzare contemporaneamente senza incorrere in inconvenienti spiacevoli.

Un soggiorno incantevole
Tutto come da descrizione. Cordialità e gentilezza al top. Al check ci è stato offerto un pezzo di pane di Matera per assaggio. Struttura nuova, pulita e con tutti i confort; La posizione, nelle immediate vicinanze dei sassi e del centro, un ulteriore punto di forza di questa struttura. Consigliatissimo
