Casa Rotilda is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the historic center of Salerno, a few steps from restaurants and shops. You will find the bus stop at 150 meters (490 feet) and the closest beach at roughly 500 meters (550 yards). Casa Rotilda is located on the first floor of a four story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building by way of an elevator. You will not need a car to stay at Casa Rotilda. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 150 meters (165 yards), for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). Patio The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the patio you will have a view of the nearest building. Living Room The living room is paved with lucid blue tiles with inlaid designs. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window with a view on the inner yard. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Dining Room You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The room has a window. Kitchen You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. Mezzanine Level with bathroom In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing 12 steps. The mezzanine is paved with wood. The furnishings of the mezzanine include a desk. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and has an height of 2.00 meters (6.6 feet) at its highest point. On the mezzanine level there is a bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The mezzanine has two small windows. In this room you will find a television (local channels). Half bath The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it from the dining room.  More
