Everything was advertised! Super quiet location steps from lake and central piazza. Maria,Carola and Veronicall were wonderfully helpful, especially with our arrival when we needed assistance with car and location. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Orta San Giulio.

We were happy with this apartment of Appartmenti Orta and it is good value if you need 2 bedrooms. It is right in the centre of the old town and has a restricted view of the lake. It has plenty of space, is in a historic building, is well maintained and has the use of a washing machine. Good size kitchen with all the facilities. A few caveats - there are 50 steps to the apartment and more steps inside to the bedrooms. The second bathroom has no shower or bath so is really a powder room on the bedroom level (important if you need to go to the toilet in the night), The shower in the main bathroom is very tight. Would recommend this apartment if you can handle the stairs. Very pleasant people to deal with and they made speciall arrangements for a late check-in.

L'appartement est situé en plein cœur d'Orta (merveilleux petit village), à 20 m de la Place Motta, au 3e étage, avec vue sur le Lac et Pella, petit village sur la rive d'en face. Particulièrement clair et ensoleillé toute la journée, très très propre, super bien équipé et très calme. Avons passé de très bons moments au café "La Piazzetta", sur la Place Motta face au Lac, endroit préféré des riverains, petits plats pas chers et excellents, sans coperto rajouté, super accueil. Petit super marché à côté du café, où l'on trouve de tout, super accueil également. Nous avons gardé le meilleur pour la fin : Maria-Lina, la propriétaire. Maria-Lina nous a reçu très chaleureusement, avec un énorme sourire. Très dévouée, toujours prête à vous expliquer ou à se renseigner si nécessaire pour vous être agréable, mais très discrète. Tant de gentillesse... comment ne pas se plaire! Vacances de rêve.

A lovely 2 bedroom apartment perfect for exploring lake orta. Our host and her daughters were extremely helpful assisting with trains and taxis! A bit of a climb up to the accomodation but once there you had a lovely view in a very well appointed apartment.

What can i say about these apartments, we stayed last year in the bigger apartment and it was superb but the smaller apartment is more spectacular because of the view of the law when you open the curtains first thing in the morning. The stairs are quite steep to get to the apartment but the views are worth it. It’s very clean and very romantic, the kitchen has everything you need if you don't fancy eating out, and the lounge is very comfortable. There was an added addition this year of the WIFI, which if you want keep in touch with family or keep up to date with emails is excellent. The upstairs bedrooms are comfortable, they can get a bit warm but there are ceiling fans to keep you cool. Both bathrooms are lovely and clean and there’s a lovely power shower down stairs, all in all i can’t rate these apartments enough, they are are stunning and well worth the money, here’s to next year…

Location wise you couldn't get much better, the view from the apartment is amazing. The apartment is very central with a 2 min walk to the main square, lakeside, a beautiful church and the town hall plus many restaurants. Spotlessly clean,with 2 bedrooms which was great for our kids. Everything you need is provided, and it was lovely to sit at night looking at the view and listening to the hustle and bustle below. Maria was lovely and took real care of us, very responsive to all my many questions prior to arrival :-). Aircon would have been a nice addition as it was very hot and humid but apart from that a great choice if your visiting Orta. We home to be back soon !
