This unit sleeps a couple and up to 1 extra adult or 1-2 children, and it has its own private courtyard; (iv) also on the upper ground level, a one bedroom apartment with a large and fully equipped open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area and one bathroom, which sleeps up to 4 people, and which has its own private balcony overlooking the sea level veranda with magnificent sea views; (v) on the first floor, a fully equipped three bedroom apartment penthouse which sleeps up to 5 people, with two bathrooms, one of which en-suite, large open plan fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area (which comfortably seats 8 people) and its own private balcony overlooking the sea ; (NOTE THAT THIS APARTMENT IS FULLY LET FOR 2018) (vi) on the rooftop terrace an open plan Penthouse Studio with private shower bathroom, fully equipped kitchene and fabulous views across the bay from a huge open balcony, its own private barbecue area and an open air dining table that comfortably seats 10 people. All the accommodations have free WiFi and free access to the villa's large private garden right on the sea front, with shady hammocks, comfortable recliners, coffee tables and chairs, outdoor barbecue facilities and private access to the sea from its own jetty, as well as a rowing boat for the exclusive use of guests. The villa has fabulous views over the Samos bay, to the picturesque town of old Vathi and beyond to forested hills across the crystal clear aquamarine waters of the bay. It has all the advantages of its quiet sea-side location just outside of town, while being only a few minutes walk from the shops, restaurants, coffee shops, bars and night life of Samos town. The apartments are all decorated with flair and an island sensibility, complemented by the owners' collection of artifacts from their long stay in South Africa. All kitchens are fully equipped with microwaves, refrigerators, stoves,filter-coffee press and kettle. All showers have glass doors. All units are decorated with flair and an island sensibility, complemented by the owners collection of artifacts from their long stay in South Africa. Both owners love gardening and the products (oil. fruits and vegetables) in the 'Welcome basket 'come from their farm in Mitilini village. The owners love history and they can share their knowledge of places of interest, restaurants and any other information with guest that wish to know.

Beautifull accomodation, location and views. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Have been to Samos many times but the first time to this accomodation, will definitely return.
