This is a very pretty , spacious and attractive townhouse with amazing unobstructed views across the bay from the master bedroom and lounge. There is a superking bedroom ensuite and a second bedroom with twin beds and ensuite. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a character dining room and a comfortable lounge with huge TV. The house has gas central heating and electric fire in the lounge. There is also a separate downstars wc. Parking is a little distance away...on either Norton Road or Norton Avenue. The house is very close to a bus stop and has flat easy walking to the village. this house is not suitable for stag or hen groups and we are very strict about the numbers of persons allowed to stay. We only allow one well behaved dog, please do not not allow your pet to sit on the furniture and please clean away all pet hair...if not we reserve the right to use the damage deposit for extra cleaning charge

Excellent property minutes from Mumbles village and beach just across the road. Lots of room and facilities in this property, cannot fault at all. Owner at hand by text and most helpful indeed. Would love to return again.
