Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.More

This is a lovely property with a beautiful garden. The views of the estuary from the top floor room are fantastic. The rooms are spacious and it has a very comfortable feel. It’s a quick walk into town to all the independent shops, nice pubs and cafes, and the little ferry across to the beaches. The shop at the end of the street is perfect for picking up a few essentials. Everything is provided that you would need for an excellent holiday in the best part of the UK.

This is a beautiful home within walking distance to everything in Salcome. The location is perfect a few streets up from the sea :) So close to all the pubs and restaurants and as an extra bonus we could use the bar in the rugby club behind the house. Salcombe is an amazing area and there's so much to do with lovely surrounding places. This lovely house has everything you need for a group of family, super clean and modern - we will be booking next year!
