With only a 10-minute walk to Northsands & Southsands beaches, Gull-Perch is centrally located for your holiday in Salcombe. A large first floor balcony offers seating for Alfresco dining and is accessed off the dining area. With its outstanding views across the Forge Valley towards Malborough, it is the perfect place to sit and relax whilst sipping your Salcombe gin. There is parking for two vehicles on the drive and the house sleeps up to eight people. The first floor open plan kitchen and sitting room allows family & friends socialising when cooking or relaxing. There is a second TV room/bedroom that hosts a double sofa bed that can accommodate the 7th & 8th guests. A wc/shower room is also located on the first floor along with a twin bed room. Salcombe is perfect for watersports and your sports equipment can be stored in the garage which can be accessed by electric doors. The open plan dining area can seat six people and the balcony area can seat up to six also. A further outdoor dining area can be found on the elevated rear garden, perfect for BBQ's whilst enjoying the views of the forge valley. Please be aware the garden steps are steep up to the dining area. Ashby's fresh produce store can be found a mile up the road and the local spar shop is within walking distance. Kingsbridge is 6-miles away where major supermarkets are located.More

We loved our holiday at Gull Perch. The house is spacious and beautifully equipped having been refurbished in a modern way and to a high standard. An easy 15 min walk to the town and the beach. Service from the owner was faultless. Thanks.

The location is perfect, with a lovely 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Superb views from the balcony which goes down well with a glass or two in the evening to wind down. I would recommend this property to anyone and I will be definitely...More

This house is perfectly located to avoid needing the car. Restaurants very close by and walking distance to everything important in Salcombe. Alex the owner was very accommodating and helpful We’ve booked again for the summer!
