This beautiful cosy cottage has been tastefully redecorated and is furnished in a contemporary fashion. Nestled in a mid-terrace barn conversion in the peaceful location of Batson, this charming area is tucked away for the crowds of Salcombe but within a short walk into the centre, where you can find plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants to while away the hours. Perfect for a family holiday home as it has a secure rear garden where both the dogs and children can play. With ample parking for up to 3 cars and this property also welcomes our four legged friends to join us at an additional price of £30 per dog. This is a non-smoking property and allows the maximum for four adults staying per booking. The Salcombe area is a tourist hotspot with a beautiful natural estuary. It is still a working fishing port. If boating, the beach and shopping is your thing, this idyllic town is certainly for you.
Getting around
There is a bus service between Salcombe and Kingsbridge. From Kingsbridge you can then go on to Plymouth. Due to the size of the town, walking is by far the best way to get around when you are there.
