Please leave clean and tidy - ideally with beds stripped. Please switch off all lights and the heating when it’s not in use or when leaving. Please let us know as soon as possible of any breakages or spillages. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too. Being our family holiday home, we have a strictly no smoking policy and so we please ask that you do not smoke at all at Kingsgrove.

Kingsgrove is perfectly positioned with the added bonus of having access to the beach. Sitting in the kitchen or on the balcony, you waste hours just watching the boats go up and down the estuary. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.
