Nestled in a little courtyard with a private garden to the rear Cobbs Well has plenty of character features including nice thick cob walls and three well proportioned bedrooms. Accommodation Ground Floor: Enter into the spacious lounge diner, with comfy sofas and flat screen TV. Door leads into the galley style kitchen with electric oven and hob. Stairs from the lounge diner lead up to: First Floor: Landing with window to rear, doors leading to; family bathroom with shower over hand basin and WC. Single bedroom with large east facing windows and storage. Master bedroom with 4'6' bed and storage. Twin bedroom. Exterior: There is a small garden. There is exterior furniture. Facilities & Services Heating is via gas central heating. The fully fitted modern kitchen is equipped with an electric oven & hob, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. In the living area there is a flatscreen digital freeview TV & DVD Player with CD & Radio. WiFi is available at the property. There is an iron & ironing board available. This property also has a hairdryer for guest use. Miscellaneous Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There is one designated parking space at the property (very rare in Fowey) and the nearest public car park is about 10 minutes' walk away. Up to 2 well behaved dogs will be accepted at the small additional charge of £30 per dog per week but please do remember not to leave your dogs unattended at the property. We regret that no smoking is allowed at the property. There is a cot & high chair available. General Booking Information Arrival / Departure is normally a Friday.
