The walk-in suite has lake views from 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, plus 1 queen hide a bed (living room). Suite has recently renovated kitchen, bathroom and living room. Access is off the private pool deck with unobstructed view of Lake Okanagan; right above the local beach which has picnic tables, port-a-potty and a 'swim up raft'. Three huge decks all have spectacular views. The property is .42 of an acre and very private except for the wildlife. Because of our proximity to 8 wineries, 2 golf courses, and many shopping centres within a 10 minute drive and the lake, we are perfectly situated. Kalamoir Park is a beautiful wilderness trail along the water that takes you to an additional more public beach in Lakeview Heights; about 30 minutes to walk it. Wine lovers - no need to drive for the closest winery ( Quails' Gate) is a 3 block walk, you drive by it to get to us in our Sunnyside subdivision. Golf enthusiasts- fantastic proximity. We are Wine Tour Operators with a tour right at your finger tips (preferred rates for our guests) Winter visitors and snow enthusiasts - 3 mountain resorts all within an hour's drive. We look forward to meeting our guests. We are upstairs for your convenience and to provide you with any information and assistance that you require. Owners are laid back and will give you as much privacy as you desire. All we ask is after 11pm no loud music and that you are courteous at all times as we live in a beautiful residential area.More
