This light, bright, spacious, contemporary, reverse level home has been converted to a very high standard from an old church house, which has been used as a barn, in the centre of the charming village of South Pool - considered to be one of the prettiest creek-side villages in the South Hams. There is parking for three or four cars to the front of the property and there is further parking available in the road. The back garden is private and totally enclosed with a large raised terrace and barbeque area from which there is access up to a lawn bordered by raised flower beds. South Pool Village is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, it is a picture postcard village with its thatched cottages, resident ducks and stepping stones. Great Space

Lovely place for a large family gathering, friendly cosy pub across the road. Very pretty village. Off the beaten track!

Lots of room and a perfect spot for five adults and two children

Very spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. In a beautiful location with lots to do nearby. The Millbrook Inn across the road is a lovely village pub serving delicious food. Not a lot more to ask for!

Fantastic

I rented the property with a large group of friends to stay at for a wedding nearby. The set-up was ideal, with each room very well presented and spacious communal living areas. The patio with the BBQ is also great for summer. The pub opposite...More

Great location for seeing in the New Year

Large spacious house with plenty of room for the kids

Stunning place to stay with family

We stayed here for a family celebration over a weekend. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay we didn't want to leave! Very spacious well presented holiday home very well equipped even the rain didn't spoil our fun. Definitely recommend for a relaxing break away.

Amazing

Stunning village, wonderful cottage, lots of space with 11 of us staying, looking forward to going again. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathroom and well stocked kitchen. Very friendly.
