It is a perfect base for exploring Cornwall with great transport links and virtually the whole county within a 1 hour drive. It is 15 minutes walk from pubs, cafes and restaurants in picturesque and historic Charlestown. There is easy access to walks, water sports and golf. It is accessible by public transport and about a mile from 2 major supermarkets. Despite this, the location is peaceful and rural. It is located in a block with an elevator, enabling easy access for elderly or disabled clients. The apartment is strictly non smoking.
