Condo/Apartment
Located on the first floor in a quiet court at 50 mt from Piazza Duomo, Secret Garden is composed of 2 bedrooms, a double on a mezzanine bed and a single. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you might need. The large floor terrace is furnished with local pottery and flowering plants and herbs are treated with love by Anna, who will be happy to provide you with all the information that you might find helpful during your stay in Lecce. The apartment is away from traffic, quiet and bright, equipped with all comforts. In recent restoring we have tried as much as possible to make use of local labor and natural materials to make the house as ecp-friendly as possible. The furniture is new or restored by hand. Flowers and colors are everywhere, to make your holiday an enjoyable experience ...Located on the first floor in a quiet court at 50 mt from Piazza Duomo, Secret Garden is composed of 2 bedrooms, a double on a mezzanine bed and a single. About the neighbourhood
The house is located in a small court,It is built on an older basement of the XV century that was part of an old Church (now destroyed). From here you can visit easily on foot all the old town, but there are also bikes for rent and rikshaw for the laziest ones, with a nice guide included. Near the house there is a good 'putea', a local simple and typical restaurant and at 2 minutes an indian corner open until late. There is plenty shops of local handicrafts in the surroundings.
How to get there
When you'll arrive in Lecce, at the second roundabout ( the one with only the olive trees ) , turn immediately right . You will see in front of you a big obelisk . Arrive to the obelisk and, on the left, you will see a big stone archway . That is Porta Napoli . The parking is located in Via Adua , 200 mt. on the right of the gate, on the right side of the road . It costs 8 € per day . There is a toll park 60 cent per hour (from 9 to 14 and from 16 to 21) very close to the entrance to the Old Town near my house.
