The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and an hammock. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea. You will share the garden with guests staying at another nearby apartment.
 Terrace
The terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea.
Patio
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch. It is equipped with a masonry bench and with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa, an armchair and a desk. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace and the patio through two French doors. The room also has a window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room climbing three steps. The ceiling of the kitchen is vaulted. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a practical fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the kitchen. The ceiling is vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room climbing two steps.

Booked last minute, not sure what to expect. Old castle converted into villas, stunning accommodation. Best view have seen in many years. 5 minutes from heart of town, port and beaches. Nothing was too much trouble for Massimo and his wife to make our vacation special. Highly recommend the villa and Palinuro.
