The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, electric hob, dishwasher and washing machine, living room with large sofa and armchair and LCD digital TV. Upstairs you get to an open space with a double bed with amazing sea view, a room with open closet, a room with a bunk bed and a second bathroom with shower. There are two sunbeds, two beach chairs and a beach umbrella to enjoy freely the beach. Private parking is guaranteed inside the residence. The beach of Calambrone is large, in some places up to 50 meters wide, fine golden sand. It is preceded by coastal dunes rich in vegetation and by a number of former colonies resorts of the fascist era, some still abandoned. The beach in some parts is also equipped with bathing facilities. Calambrone is located on the border with the province of Livorno, at the southern end of the coastline of Pisa, from the Latin Caput Labronis, seaside place that closes the long section of unspoiled beaches within the Natural Park of Migliarino and San Rossore. Tirrenia (only 3 Kms away) is located at the center of the Tuscan coast which offers 10 km of stunning coastline, a place that is surrounded entirely by nature and Mediterranean vegetation. A great starting point for visiting the nearby Tuscan cities, the rolling hills, and the enchanting islands of the Tuscan archipelago. Pisa, a few miles away, offers a wealth of art and events, such as the June Pisano that have become annual attractions for all those seeking art, history and ancient traditions that animate the region. Livorno, Lucca, Volterra, Florence and Siena are all close and easily accessible for a daily visit. There is also a wide range of day trips to choose from, such as a visit to the 'Bocca d'Arno' to see our fishing nets, or to the natural park of San Rossore with its horse races. For golf lovers in Tirrenia there are two beautiful and exclusive golf club at disposal. Just outside the residence there is a supermarket, bar, pizzeria and ice-cream shop (gelateria).
