en louant cet appartement on s attends vu les photos a quelque chose de fantastique .Malheureusement la propreté n est pas au rendez vous et le matelas de la chambre a fait son temps.Dommage car l endroit est a decouvrir !!!

Très bien situé, une fois les vélos récupérés, toutes les visites, ballades et sorties peuvent se faire sans déplacer la voiture du parking privé et sécurisé. Logement bien équipé et bien entretenu. Un seul bémol, un "vrai barbecue" dans le jardin serait un plus ;)

Nous avons passé 2 semaines formidables dans une maison, avec tout le confort moderne, située à 2 pas du port de plaisance d’Argeles et de ses nombreux restaurants. Nous avons également apprécié la proximité avec la très grande plage. Cette location est conseiller sans hésiter.

BEWARE - I rarely give 1 star reviews, but this is the worst experience we've ever had. - Upon arriving we were presented with the most aggressive cleaning contract I've seen, where I had to write "yes" next to each line of cleaning duties. We were not informed before of this. Usually places rightly ask to be left as clean as found. This place expected everything to be washed (shower mats, table cloths, mattress protectors, etc). No washing powder was provided. They expected all floors inside and outside to be mopped. I was told the sinks, fridge, etc were expected to be shining like diamond. No cleaning products were provided for this. - We were told by the replacement person greeting us that we could check out a little later. We had a text message the day before we left to say that they had been instructed to tell us that since we're checking out later the house house be left in "impeccable condition". - When the house was inspected it was clean, the mattresses were fine, no damage was done. We were told that since things weren't sparkling they cannot write that it was fully clean. We were told that it wasn't clean enough since there were fingermarks on a picture frame. - Shortly after leaving (before we got to the airport) we had a message from the owner saying that they will take half of the deposit towards cleaning time. They provided no evidence of it being unclean despite requests. Later when I disputed the cleaning cost they fabricated that there was also damage. They said dishes weren't clean, though we used the dishwasher. - The owner refuses to provide a copy of the contract, or any evidence. I believe they use the deposit to make additional profit. Additional problems: - There is only 1 bedroom. The other room with a bed is a boiler room. The boiler makes noise most of the night. It is too small for older children, and without barriers (and hard floor) it's too dangerous for younger. There are no windows and no ventilation. - Upon arriving there was no toilet paper. It was a national holiday so none could be purchased. No dishwasher tablets, nor bin bags. - We found out after booking that they didn't provide linens. I asked if it would be possible if I pay for some, they suggested a significant cost for doing so, additional to the cost of linens. They've now updated. - The shower is low pressure and loses heat (I think when the other attached house uses taps) - The internet is too slow to stream video or browse sites 0.5mb

This was a great vacation. We were a group of 4 (2 adults and 2 children ages 15 and 18) and our dog. We chose this house primarily for the location. Our daughter wanted beach and our son the mountains and fishing and we wanted to be able to go our at night without the car. It was perfect. A short walk to the beach or harbour and and hours drive inland and you reach castles, gorges and other beautiful nature. The harbour is full with restaurants and shops and has markets and other activities through the week. The house was great, had everything you needed and was in a quiet neighbourhood. The only drawback was that the second room was actually too small for our 2 grown children (it's basically a closet with a bunkbed and no windows) but they were able to comfortably sleep on the pull out couch. The owners were living upstairs when we were there and they were helpful when we needed it, but otherwise we didn't see them. I would definitely come back to this house again.

Nous avons apprécié le charme et la propreté de cette location, merveilleusement située près du port d'Argelès. La décoration est soignée, le jardin magnifiquement entretenu et la terrasse, couverte et ouverte sur la végétation, permet de prendre tous les repas à l'extérieur. Une deuxième terrasse, sur le côté de la maison, est un endroit de charme et de relaxation avec vue sur la montagne. Le calme est absolu alors que l'animation du port est à trois minutes à pied! Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous avons passé une semaine parfaite dans leur villa. Alain et Hélène Magniant

Nous avons apprécié cette belle villa avec la grande pièce à vivre et terrasses très agréables donnant sur le très beau jardin, bien ensoleillé et très calme ! Le propriétaire est entièrement à votre écoute. Tout correspond bien à la description très propre et très bien équipée. Proximité avec la plage et les commerces, bel environnement, la voiture à l’ombre …. Que dire , c’est idéal pour les vacances ! Bravo !! Nous reviendrons et recommandons fortement cette exceptionnelle location !!
