Joli chalet avec accueil très mercantile
Très joli chalet, bien décoré et équipé avec une jolie vue sur le lac. Nous avions convenu avec le propriétaire une arrivée pour 15h au lieu de 17h Malgré le fait de lui avoir confirmé 1h avant notre arrivée il nous a confirmé avoir reçu notre message et nous a laissé attendre pendant 2h devant le chalet pour n arriver qu a 17h. En ne prenant pas le temps pour s'excuser. Triste accueil on sentait qu il n attendait qu on lui fasse que des compliments sur son chalet. il nous a exige une caution de 800e en espèces oblige d aller au distributeur. En sentait un accueil très mercantile. Quand il nous demande de payer l electricite on peut comprendre pour éviter l abus de consommation mais quand il nous le facture à 26Cts le Kw quand le prix de officiel est aux environs de 10cts c est un peu de l abus surtout pour 700e de location pour 41h de location

Super semaine dans les Vosges !
Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans le Chalet d'Alain "Le Grenier", le chalet est très beau, très bien entretenu et idéalement situé à Gérardmer. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La salle de vie cuisine + salon est top avec le poil à bois (qu'il faut dompter) mais qui réchauffe la soirée ! Rien à redire sur la prestation :-)

Magnifique chalet, très bien équipé en plus du spa et du sauna!
Chalet superbe sur 3 niveaux, tout équipé avec sauna et jacuzzi, très propre et avec vue sur le lac depuis chaque pièces! Petit coin grenier réalisant une magnifique salle de jeu pour les enfants avec nombreux jouets... Extra!

Beautiful chalet, wonderful holiday!
Beautiful, well-equipped chalet with stunning views over the lake of Gérardmer. Blessed with gorgeous weather we've explored the beautiful Vosges/Alsace region as well as made full use of the chalet's wonderful outdoorJacuzzi, the sauna, Foosball and ping-pong table. Adorable playroom in the attic for the grandkids! To those still in doubt we can full-heartedly recommend this stunning chalet.

Wunderschönes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht
Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet! Hier und da sieht man natürlich etwas Verschleiß aber dies ist normal! Leider war bei unserem Aufenthalt der Jacuzzi defekt, wir wurden aber preislich ohne Probleme ausreichend entschädigt! Kann man nur empfehlen!!

Wunderschönes Haus
Das Haus und die Lage sind in Wirklichkeit genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Nicht so erfreulich waren jedoch die Zusatzkosten für Handtücher, 7 € pro Handtuch, obwohl hier auf der Internetseite unter Badezimmer "trockene Tücher" aufgeführt sind. Außerdem ist die Informationsmappe über Sauna, Jacuzzi usw. ausschließlich auf französisch, obwohl hier auf der Seite angegeben wird, dass die Sprachen Englisch und Deutsch beherrscht werden. Um die Geräte richtig bedienen zu können, wäre zumindest eine englische Erklärung sehr hilfreich.

Beautiful chalet with an lovely wll chosen interior
Great location, not far from ski area. Amazing choice of lovely interior things. Well equipped kitchen and house with everything you need and absolutely clean at our arrival. The spa area is also a blast with an amazing outdoor jacuzzi.
