This coastal holiday home has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 11 guests: Property layout – Ground floor: - Modern kitchen - Dining room with ample seating - Living room with TV, Netflix and electric fire - Bedroom 1: double sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: twin sleeping 2 - Family bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin Property layout – First floor: - Bedroom 3: double & single ensuite sleeping 3 - Bedroom 4: kingsize ensuite sleeping 2 - Bedroom 5: kingsize ensuite sleeping 2 A spacious garden surrounds the holiday home, and a river flows through the bottom of the garden. Wifi is available at the property and towels are provided. Malachys Rest Dingle - Pet Friendly Holiday HomeMalachys Rest Dingle is a pet-friendly holiday home and will accept one small dog upon request only (charge of €35 paid on arrival). The dog must be kept downstairs only on tiled areas - dogs are not allowed upstairs at any time. Dogs should not be left alone in the property. Please reserve you pet at the time of booking via our call centre, as your pet will not be accepted without prior confirmation. Dingle boasts a selection of fine restaurants, quirky cafes, craft shops and great traditional pubs. Things to do in the local area: - Rock climbing on the Dingle Sea cliffs - The Dingle Distillery - Dingle Oceanworld - St James Church - Blaskets Islands - Conor’s Pass - Inche Beach, Clogher Strand - Other Voices festival - Dingle Food Festival in October - Dingle Film Festival in March IMPORTANT NOTES1. Heating and Electricity: Utilities are an extra charge at this property and payable on departure to the Owner/Property Manager. The rate for heating & electricity at this property is €10 per day all year around. Should utility charges not be paid on departure, they will be deducted from the security deposit without further notice. Breakdown of these charges are available from the Owner/Property Manager. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival by cash.
