A 4 bedroom semi.detached end house about 2 minutes walk to town center. Near the river Moy and fishing tackle shops Sitting room with wooden floor,leather couch and cable T.V. Hallway,kitchen and dining room floors tiled.
Kitchen fully equipped and an additional fridge freezer in the outhouse with the washing and clothes dryer.
Four bedrooms with 3 double beds and 3 single beds.. Two bathrooms,one with an electric shower and the other with the electric shower over the bath. Outdoor tennis courts,astro turf pitch and childrens play area are a short walk away and all free.

House central to all amenities, nice large cosy bedrooms,plenty of space.
Fully equipped kitchen,everything you need and more.
Many historical places to visit nearby and the small fishing villages a delight.
The owner Martin visited us to make sure everything was fine,he was lovely.
