This pretty, mid terraced holiday home comes complete with a first floor balcony offering sea views. It is just perfect for a small family or for two to enjoy a romantic seaside break away. Enter into the spacious hallway and find the open plan living/dining room to the right. Deep filled sofas surround the large Smart TV and a traditional wood burner provides a warming and homely feel to the room; just perfect for keeping the chill away during the cooler winter months and ideal to snuggle up in front of to watch your favourite holiday movie. The dining table sits to one end and offers plenty of seating for four. This room is flooded with plenty of natural light from feature windows and a glass door leading out to the enclosed garden. A large, well-equipped, galley-style kitchen offers all the mod cons. A door also leads outside to additional seating where you can enjoy an early morning coffee or an evening glass of wine and a good book during the warmer summer months. April Cottage offers two beautifully presented bedrooms, with the master bedroom having doors leading out to a private balcony with sea views; ideal for a spot of sun bathing or a quiet place to sit and watch the sun rise over the sea. To the rear of this pretty cottage is an enclosed paved garden. The garden furniture is placed to make the most of the suns rays and there are even raised beds full of herbs that you can pick and add to your home cooking! The village of Sewerby sits on the cliff tops and overlooks Bridlington Bay. This cottage offers the ideal location for dog walker and cyclists alike. For those that enjoy a game of golf a visit to Bridlington Links Golf Course is an absolute must. Enjoy the exquisite Georgian home of Sewerby Hall and Gardens, or meander through Danes Dyke to the beach. A short drive will bring you to the bustling harbour town of Bridlington, and a little further afield are Filey and Flamborough. Outdoor lovers will be awe-inspired by the rugged white cliffs of Flamborough village, a fantastic spot for birdwatching and hiking to absorb the untamed landscape. The unspoilt rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds are on your doorstep and the historic city of York is only an hour’s drive away. Free WiFi Three pets welcome, £10 per pet per week.
