The location of this property was great, with beautiful views of the ocean. We spent time on the rooftop each morning and evening, enjoying the scenery. We loved being at the south end and so close to some great eating places. The beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. Monica was wonderful each day with housekeeping and laundry, and Omar was helpful when we had minor pool and BBQ issues. Eric was great to communicate with leading up to our trip. Overall, we loved our stay!

We traveled to Isla to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday. The location was perfect for walking to the Joint for breakfast or dinner. The kids snorkeled at Garrafon several times as we just walked down to the park. The house is clean and well maintained. We enjoyed having space for everyone to spread out when it was time to relax. We have shared the property with several of our friends.

This property and the overall experience was absolute perfection. Definitely book this place! I honestly can't say enough nice things about the owners and the incredible property manager, Stacy. They went above and beyond for our stay! We were visiting for my bachelorette party (5 girls), Stacy was in communications with one of the girls and helped to get decorations for the house that were so beautiful!! I was blown away. We also set up having groceries delivered and all of the companies the owner recommended were fantastic (golf cart rental, air port transportation, private dinner, swimming with whale sharks). The house is breathtaking. The pictures don't do it justice. We also loved being on the south part of the island where you are away from the main crowds in the north but also have plenty of people, restaurants and beach clubs in the south to be self contained. We hung out at the beach club at the bottom of the house (Garrafon De Castilla) and also at Kin Ha. Getting around in a golf cart was so fun and easy. It was the best trip and I can't recommend this place enough. A perfect place to stay. 10/10

The property was fantastic. Location was great. I liked being on the south side of the island. Seemed a lot more laid back than the North side. The view was incredible. Communication was easy. We will be back for sure.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The setup of the home was perfect for us! Beautiful views, quiet location, personal pool. The upstairs deck was a little weathered, but most of our time was spent by the pool, so it didn't matter to us at all. Stacy was great and very responsive to our needs. Daily housekeeping was an added bonus. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful home for our family of five to enjoy a great family vacation. The home has everything you need and more. It is a home away from home with master suite style bathrooms for all rooms, a pool steps from your front door with a killer view, and a full kitchen with full size fridge. The recommendation to go to Chedraui (their Wal-Mart), by greeting host was well received and has everything you will need to help stock up your fridge or beach bag on your vacation. This home is across the street from “The Joint”, an awesome restaurant with a great vibe - personally our favorite restaurant of the week. The home is also within a short drive of a few beach clubs, one in particular that we loved and visited twice was Kinha. The North side, commercialized area is only 15-20 minutes by golf cart, so you are still close to shopping, the public beach, and tons of restaurants…..although our favorite restaurants were on the south side. We loved the home and loved the location and will definitely look to stay here again…..just as a bigger party reserving both sides of this duplex style home!

Thank you so very much for a wonderful stay!! The house was beautiful and PERFECT!!! Our 2nd time in Isla for my daughters HS Grad family trip. Waking up each morning to those beautiful views was amazing! Couldn't ask for anything better!! The house was cleaned daily which was so nice to come back to after a day out. We had no issues with the house! Stacy was so great answering any and all my questions to help us on our trip. We went to beach club right in front of home one day and it was nice! Great service and kids enjoyed the snorkeling there. It is a good drive into town when needed and things shut down early on this side of the island but we didn't mind it. Thank you for an amazing stay!! Definitely would stay again!!😊

Very comfortable and spacious

Well folks this is one for the books. In short, it’s awesome and you should definitely stay here if you’re traveling to isla mujeres. More than enough room for the four of us (two couples) and the service was top tier. From booking to check out the experience was 5 stars. A couple things worth noting: The floors can get slippery if people are in and out of the pool. Just be cautious. There are stairs. Lots of them. Not a bad thing for us however if stairs aren’t your thing this may not work. You’re about a 20 min golf cart ride from the north beach. We preferred this as this end of the island isn’t as hectic and it really enhances the paradise feel. I would definitely stay here again. If not for the actually incredible views then for the hospitality of the hosts. A week seemed like it wasn’t long enough.

Great quiet location close to several nice beach clubs. Great communication with the property manager, we will definitely be back as soon as possible! Best vacation I've ever had.
