Don’t think about it twice. If you want to Stay at Isla Mujeres, with quick beach access and people who treat you better than your own family, stay at this beautiful Condo. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

Just returning from a really memorable stay at this beautiful property. The team was so attentive and helpful. The space was clean and perfect. We can’t wait for future visits

A true gem in Isla Mujeres! My husband booked this condo for us and it was beyond our expectations, the views were even better in person! The entire staff we interacted with was very friendly, responsive and welcoming. We only used 2 out of the 3 rooms , but all were very clean, and beds were very comfortable! Showers were modern and water was hot :) big plus , they had filtered water! We loved that it was right by the beach, a walk away from restaurants but still not RIGHT in the center of a busy street. We were able to rent a golf cart right outside the building and explore the entire island. It was 5 min golf cart ride to a cute coffee shop and about 10 mins away from an amazing local breakfast place. We can not wait to visit again!

We visited Isla with a party of 8. Six of us stayed in this VRBO rental and it was perfect. There is plenty of space to spread out and access via a keypad allows couples and young adults to come and go without keeping track of keys and such. The care team makes sure your space is tidy and replenished our towels and water so that we could enjoy our time without worry. The views are amazing. The pool and restaurant are exceptional. I am still daydreaming about the beach. You have everything you need within walking distance. Bank, golf cart rental, restaurants, shops, and live music are only steps away. We loved our visit and cannot wait to return!

We absolutely love staying at this wonderful property. The staff was so attentive. I asked many questions before arriving in Isla Mujeres because this was our first visit to the island and everything was answered quickly. We were greeted when we got off the ferry and had taxis waiting to take us to the penthouse. The penthouse itself it much bigger than it looks in the photos. We utilized the beautiful roof top every night and made lot of great memories. Ixchel is a 2 min walk to Hildago Street which has everything you need on a vacation - great restaurants, bars and shopping. Everything was super convenient to access from this location. Do not hesitate to book this place. It was way beyond our expectations.

I have stayed at this property before and now its better than ever. The service from the ferry terminal to the condo was a suprise. The cleaning every day was perfect. Any issue was handled fast. We were 3 couples and all but me were never here before. They fel in love with the whole experience. I see the beach has had some restoration to the west. It looks great now. We will be coming back. dont know when but we will be back. Marty Altis

We stayed at this penthouse in April. It was a wonderful experience! The staff was so accommodating! Victor picked up us at the ferry and catered to us our whole trip! Cecilia has complimentary rides to and from ferry. We had guest come and go so that was convenient. Mayra kept our penthouse very clean! It was nice to come in to a very clean penthouse and always smelled so good! Chema was always available through Whats App to answer all my questions. Ceclila checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was going ok. It made our first trip to Isla and wonderful experince!

Beautiful place and super friendly and helpful staff.

Cecilia and her team are truly outstanding! They went above and beyond at every opportunity to make our stay as stress-free as possible. Cecilia's communication in advance of our arrival and during our stay was absolutely outstanding! Victor our taxi driver picked us up at the ferry and brought us to the hotel within minutes of our arrival on the Island. Chema, our concierge, did an awesome job of welcoming us to the condo and provided a great overview of the amenities. Mayra, our housekeeper, kept our home away from home in top-notch condition! The Modern Ocean Front penthouse located in the Ixchel Beach hotel has breathtaking views of the pool and beach! Sunsets are absolutely fantastic from the Penthouse patio. Cecilia and her team truly earned and deserve a 5-star rating! Thank you Cecillia from making our Birthday celebration so memorable!

The property has a great location with the best beach. Exceptionally attentive staff assigned to help with all your needs. Very clean. Would highly recommend!
