What a great condo! The view is spectular and with a corner unit there's great outdoor space. The pool is beautiful and the service was friendly and great. I totally recommend this unit at Ixchel!

This property is one of the best in the Ixchel complex. Located furthest out so it sits on top of Playa Norte with sweeping views from the wrap around porch. The apartment had all the utensils and amenities we needed for a low-key girls trip. I appreciated the water filter for an endless supply of cold, potable water during our trip without using any plastic bottles - we simply refilled our own water bottles. The staff was very friendly and responsive to all of our questions and requests.

The flat was amazing. Watching the sunsets from the terrace was incredible, as was the 7am swim when there was not a person in sight. We will definitely be back!

This lovely condo has some of the very best views on Playa Norte. We really enjoyed our stay.

My husband and our friends have stayed in this unit multiple times due to the view at Playa Norte! End unit, very comfortable and well maintained. Our family visited Isla Mujeres for our Spring Break vacation and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay! We chose this condo (610 and 609) as the location and pictures looked perfect. The condo was even better than we expected! It was very clean with everything we needed, and the views from every room were incredible! We especially loved the balcony. We ate breakfast there in the morning and watched sunsets in the evening. The white sand beaches are beautiful. The kids loved how shallow and warm the waters are and enjoyed using their goggles and GoPro to see various fish, snails, and even a stingray. A couple times, we walked up North Beach to the sandy eastern point. Just around the bend you can walk right under the bridge and see several varieties of fish. The location of the condo couldn't be better. It's just a block away from wonderful restaurants and shops in the downtown. Also, don't miss the Thursday art fair - such talented local artists! Before our trip, we had several questions. Tina and Mike were so helpful! They offered great advice and sent us links for some fun activities (we volunteered to walk dogs at Isla Animals twice - the kids had so much fun the first time, we had to go back again!). Some of our favorite restaurants were Lola Valentina, Olivia's, Bally Hoo (great fish tacos) and Limon (wonderful filet mignon). Thanks again to Tina and Mike for such amazing accommodations! We will definitely be back!

My wife and I and our baby stayed here with other friends in February this year and absolutely loved this condo. I've been to Isla many times and stayed at Ixchel, but this was by far the most beautiful unit I've seen. The wrap-around balcony was amazing and perfect for just sitting while our little guy was napping, or watching the sunset or sitting outside in the evenings. Still felt like we were right on the beach. The condo looks even better than the pictures and couldn't be more comfortable-full kitchen with everything you need, two large bedrooms and comfortable common space with all conveniences. In short, hard to top! Isla is a perfect spot for a getaway and staying in this condo makes it even better. We'll be repeat customers, hopefully for years to come!

My wife and I have stayed here many times and it never gets old. The beach is second to none and the staff is friendly and caring. The food is wonderful and the condo is AMAZING. You cannot beat the views from the wrap around balcony, sunsets are a MUST WATCH. Hildago is always a good time. Restaurant Abuelo's right behind Ixchel 1 is really good, the fish tacos are a must try. We would recommend this place to anyone. The Condo/Island is clean and family friendly. This is a must stay place in our opinion and would recommend it to anyone.

Great spot, condo has everything and the views are the best on the island. Sunsets are fabulous. A short walk to all the restaurants is great too. Will definitely return

My husband and a friend spent 4 nights in this FANTASTIC condo! It was top notch! The decor was lovely , it was VERY clean and the location was incredible!! The owners were great to deal with and I would not hesitate to stay here again! I own a vacation rental myself and I have HIGH expectations when I stay in other properties! This was truly a very comfortable and perfect place to spend our 4 nights on the island! We will return! Thank you!
