We very much enjoyed our stay at Villas Silvia. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing Mexican vacation!! We will definitely be back! The only downfall of staying there is the nonstop barking dog across the street. However, it was quiet during the overnight hours! And, if you are like us, you weren’t actually in the condo that often…

I had month long rental in Bernie’s condo. Claudia was amazing, always prompt to answer text messages or emails. The condo is well stocked and as nice as the pictures show. The sunrise view from the upstairs bedroom was a great way to start the day. Villas Silvia is steps to the beach and a short walk into ‘town’. The variety of restaurants meant I didn’t have to cook many meals (I was on vacation after all). I’d highly recommend The Burger Underground (one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time) and Le Cafe d’Amancia for breakfast or coffee. Don’s Beach Bar was a favorite afternoon hangout, chair rental were cheap and there were 2 for 1 drink specials all day long. The Villagers in PM are super friendly as well, joining us for afternoon drinks. I will definitely look at renting Bernie’s unit again when I return to Puerto Morelos In December!

Really enjoyed our stay. The pool was wonderful. Condo was fully equipped. Claudia is top-notch!!!! The only suggestion we have is that it would nice if a small bar fridge was in the upstairs bedroom in case ,you wanted some extra water during the night. Thx very much.

The apartment was wonderful...clean, well furnished and supplied with nice extras! Close to the beach and to town. Bernie was especially helpful with all the details. We highly recommend staying here.

Very spacious, clean and well stocked condo. The updated 2nd floor master suite has great views. The condo is a short walk to the beach. The walk to town is a little longer but pleasant and safe.

Everything was as described and more. Sunrise was phenomenal.

We loved staying at Bernie’s condo - the layout for two couples is ideal, kitchen has everything you need, good showers and water pressure, it really is steps to the beach, and most important it was sparkling clean. Claudia, the property manager is a gem and very professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely spot to anyone. And yes, this unit does have great views down to the ocean.

Bright, spacious, and very comfortable space. Perfect location near the beach and close to the town square.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here very much. The condo is large, with recently remodeled areas and fantastic views of the ocean. We felt safe, and loved the pool on-site. The proximity to the ocean and town square is ideal, and we walked to both frequently. The inside of the condo was clean and spacious, with no complaints to note.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, one block to the beach and close enough to the restaurants at the town square to walk. The condo was very well appointed with all the kitchen necessities so that we could cook some meals. The only thing that would have made it perfect for us would be some English language channels on the TV. We did enjoy Netflix but missed watching CNN. Bernie was very helpful throughout the renting process.
