this property is NOT at all like the advertisment. Our view was only a very old outdoor table. The property books lots of bedrooms to various people and the lounge that overlooks the pool is for everyone. Also the grounds and the pool and the tennis court are badly neglected and over grown with weeds. You could not sit outside on the furniture as it was so dirty.
THIS IS A CASE OF FALSE ADVERTISING AND TRIP ADVISOR NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
It was not cheap !!!Marlin who manages it did her best,but it was not good.

Large and friendly atmosphere
We were two couples spending a month touring New Zealand. The house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for us. There was plenty of room. It was a bit further from town than we would have liked but it was a short car ride, so that was fine. Great experience all around. Thanks Marlin.
