The caravan was everything we had hoped for, new, easy to tow and had all amenities we required for our 7 weeks hire. We travelled the southern part of the South Island and it was a dream to use. Very easy to tow and manovure when needed. The pick up and drop off process was very easy to understand with any assistance required available from the NZ4U2U team throughout our hireage. I would recommend this type of hireage to anyone looking for a caravan type holiday.

We booked the 2 bedroom caravan in August to go on a trip to NY. The worst customer service, first we were told that the microwave is not working and if we want can cancel the caravan (interested in how the customer service thought we would have urs trip going ahead with no caravan?) After picking up the caravan everything looks ok till we arrive at the first campsite, the water bottle was leaking, the gas bottle had a faulty valve and we couldn't use any electricity or hot water (customers service slowly responded by text messages even not responding to phone calls, that we probably not connecting its correctly and if they will send technician but it's can take up to one day as he coming from Christchurch ) But the worst part was when my daughter was locked in the toilet and she couldn't open the door as the handle was broken and she was terrified screaming, the customer service was saying that is not possible as they are checking the caravans before every trip. Just not RECOMMENDED!!!

We hired the caravan for a weekend away and it was perfect for our needs. It was a smaller caravan but did have plenty of room just for a few days. The range was easy to use and so was the rest of the applainces. We just loved the shower and found the water did stay hot for some time. One thing though we did find tiresum was the making and unmaking of the bed but hay just for a few days so it was fine. Can't wait ti hire another caravan in future

I thoroughly recommend NZ4U2U for your caravan holiday. The van was tastefully supplied with everything needed for an enjoyable trip. Being allowed to bring two dogs was wonderful, it meant not having to leave them behind, and they enjoyed our time on the road. Communication with Terresa was always easy, and she was always available to answer any questions we had. Check-in and check-out was well explained and easy to follow.

We hired a 5 berth caravan over the past 14 nights with two adults and three young ones, staying at campground around the South Island. We absolutely loved the experience! The caravan had everything we needed, and especially an amazing heater to keep the van cosy 24/7 - a big worry of everyone we mentioned this trip to! We're used to living on yachts, so this wasn't foreign to us, but I'd highly recommend this to anyone considering a large campervan as you have the freedom of dropping the accomodation off and driving just the car around. Bare in mind you need a decent car (Ute/4WD) with the right tow rating, and beware there is a bit of a towing and trailer reversing experience needed.

Very well thought out contactless pickup and drop off. Caravan was modern and tidy and included everything and more than needed. Would certainly use NZ2U4U again.

Awesome caravan made parking on a farmers paddock for 10 days an enjoyable experience that we'd repeat in a heartbeat! Clean, modern, everything worked well.

This was the second time we have hired a caravan from NZ4U2U and if not for such a terrible contactless pick up process which took more than an hour instead of the suggested 20 minutes would have scored a 5. We were also surprised the van was rented out to us with a cracked window! Apart from a bad start which was soon forgotten we had great holiday and would definitely hire again.

We hired a caravan for 5 nights, when we picked it up we noticed a couple of things like the door wasn’t clean it looked like something had dripped down it and the whole door hadn’t been cleaned. We got hoke and I checkout the cutlery etc and I took everything out of the caravan and replaced it with our own - please refer to photos. The response I got after messaging Was that they were disappointed that this had happened and will speak to the cleaner who is new. Please check the water tanks ours had not been cleaned and were filled with bugs!

Great caravan new and very clean everything in top working order. Excellent emails and text with lots of detail regarding pick up etc. If you are not confident with your mobile and online check in take someone who is (read younger person)
