Handy and clean accommodation for the team here on a workshop. Ideal for another aspect of team building and perfectly appropriate.

Went there with myself, Hubbie , 8 yr old and two grandparents. Everyone picked a room and we still had a spare room. Three bathrooms meant mornings were fast and the bonus WC on first floor was a nice bonus. The place had all the things you’d need for example laundry detergent and a basket and clothes pegs. The location was excellent, big mall close by with a pak n save and lots of restaurants. The street was quiet. Speaking of quiet the rooms were well insulated/sound proofed, we never heard the grandparents snore once. The garage was big enough for our two small rental cars. Only negative point (and this was minor) was that we found some of the dishes and saucepans were dirty upon arrival. We cleaned them and did let the management know. She apologised and offered later check out as a way to make it up. Great experience, I recommend and would go there again.

Great rental property with plenty of space and good location for Hagley park . Only drawback was difficulty in getting into garage as house next door had 3 cars parked on drive .

Tidy home. Sue was good to deal with and flexible with late checkout. Recommend staying at Mary’s villa!

Nice and clean, well appointed. Avoid having a large car though as the driveway is very narrow.

Very good place to stay. Central to everything and large enough for 2 families.

It was nice and tidy. Close proximity to shops and concert venues. Would stay there again anytime.

The villa was a great location, our family was in Christchurch for a wedding at the Riccarton House, We had a great time!

The stay was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed the clean and tidy appartemnt which is fully equiped with all our needs. It is highly recommended and value for money..
