Great place to stay, lovely, warm, clean and the host goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and offer everything you need and plenty more , this house has it all and with a very central location that’s hard to beat

Riccarton Retreat
Lovely property, great for two couples plenty of room. Very handy to town & restaurants. Joan was very helpful & accommodating.

Excellent location
The location of this property was excellent. Very central and handy to restaurants and shopping. I loved all the appliances available in the kitchen

Fantastic place to stay in a great location.
We loved our stay here, the house house is so well equipped with everything you need and Joan is a great host, leaving milk and gingerbreadmen in the fridge to bake, which was much appreciated by the family. The house is in a really great location near Hagley Park and city centre so we walked alot (or you could use the bikes). Will definately stay here again if in Christchurch.

Another Great Stay
This was our second time staying at "Bartlett By The Park" and it was just as excellent.
Really appreciate the little touches that make this property stand out from the crowd.

Great Clean property, Convenient and easy to get around. Superb location.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Joan made us feel very welcome, one of the best Airbnb in Christchurch, will highly recommend to anyone visiting Christchurch.

Perfect base for exploring Christchurch
We spent 4 days at Joan's place - a great start to our NZ trip. Location is great - loads of food/shopping options on the doorstep in Riccarton, and 25 min walk to all the action in the city. The accommodation is modern and comfortable (really comfy beds!) and has everything needed for that home-away-from-home (apart from a washing up bowl!). Would definitely book again if we return to ChCh. Thanks Joan...

Great house, great host, great location
We were thoroughly comfortable at this lovely house. Joan was a wonderful host who was easy to contact and she and provided thoughtful extras too. There were plenty of linens and heaters, and the well appointed kitchen made getting meals ready easy. Thanks for letting us stay, Joan.
