Property was excellent location for the venue we were attending will book again when time comes around.

Spent 3 nights at this property with 4 children, found it to be very spacious, warm clean & tidy. Showers had fantastic pressure & kitchen contained ample crockery & glassware. Only negative is the driveway which took a bit of getting used to but didn't cause any issues, would definitely reccomend this property, great value for money

A very well appointed, warm, and comfortable house. Very reasonably priced and great for families with plenty of space and rooms inside! Nice big playground just down the road too. Great location near shops and cafe. Would recommend!

A friendly, personable property manager - we found Clare easy and prompt to deal with. The house is great for families and suited our needs well. No back yard to speak of but plenty of room inside with separate - but - linked kitchen/lounge/dining area.

This is a great location on the Port Hills side of christchurch. Living and dining areas nice and spacious for a family group.

Plenty of living space, great for relaxing and the kids to play. A beautiful quiet street in the Cashmere foothills, easy access to local shops, etc. There is also a nice park/playground on the same road a couple of minutes walk away if you have children.

Nice big house , but the driveway is very steep and one must be very careful when leaving.
