Beautiful, stylish, immaculate. Comfortable and relaxing. Quirky and tasteful. I got these adjectives from the reviews below and they are my experience too. What stood out for me was how much work has gone in to making the cottage what it is. For starters Danielle’s tradespeople have done an immaculate job; the construction, fitting, painting and so on is to an extraordinarily high standard. I hunted for the edge of a brush stroke out of place but didn’t find it. (I can be a bit obsessive.) Then the shear number of decorative decisions that she has made is remarkable, both inside and outside, and they work. The result for me is that I can be in the property and just relax, with my music on the sound system. (And some nice wine in her wine glasses that are the size of buckets. I like that they make the amount I pour into them look moderate.) It’s an absolute oasis to get out from and wander around Christchurch, and then to return to. A stunner.
