Great place for a large group, heaps of space, huge workable kitchen, comfy beds.
This property allowed all of us to enjoy our family holiday. The front door entry pad meant we didn't have to worry about keys when others returned late. Kitchen was huge with 2 fridges and sharp knives. All beds were made up with linen, towels and toiletries. Heat pump worked well, pool table was a hit. Would definitely use this place again if we had a large family gathering back in Christchurch.

absolutely brilliant house House has everything you need for a family holiday. beds great showers great.2 toilets and fantastic living space kitchen etc. Its not Ilam . House in the middle of state housing in Brynwa therefore should not be advertised as Ilam...

Lovely property. 5th bedroom only contains bunk beds and garage is unusable as it's only half depth.
It's a good property however we had $150,000 of vehicles that we wanted to put into the garage but it's not a real garage.

Nice tidy place
Clean and comfortable beds, nice sunny spot for the BBQ, fully equipped kitchen (bonus beer fridge). Planning to stay again in the future.

Perfect lodgings for a Marching Team of 9 Ladies
FABULOUS. Ideal layout. Homely. Lovely & clean. A home away from home. We were the envy of other Marching teams who visited us. Location was great. Handy to supermarkets. Azim & Karen were great to deal with. Got 10 out of 10 from the girls.

Property was neat and tidy great for what we wanted it for
Was a great property to stay at. Only thing was no off street parking for our bike trailor. Other than that was fantastic.

Spacious stay.
A great home for a large family group over a long weekend. We had a large trailer that was tight in the narrow street but room for two or three cars to park.
