This property was very well presented with quality furnishings, the beds were so so comfortable 👌 and the house was toasty warm.

We had a great stay. Wry comfortable place. Was a bit surprised at how Close the property was to a busy main road. It was quite noisy outside but fine inside. Very well equipped and comfortable. Would have liked some wine glasses and there wasn’t a coffee machine which had been listed - however these weren’t anything major. Overall good value for money and a really great option for us as a much more homely alternative to a hotel. Thanks so much Rose!

Great spot to base ourselves from for a busy few days in Christchurch. Close to nice set of shops and cafes, great off-street parking, comfy beds and well-appointed house - including SKY and wifi passwords on arrival making for happy teenagers - nothing at all to complain about! Rose is a great communicator so plenty of opportunity to ask if something was required. Highly recommend this house for a comfortable city stay.

We visited Christchurch to spend time with our family, Rose's Home was very lovely. Immaculately clean and tidy. The location was great, so close to the centre of town and other nearby amenities. We had a great time away.

Immaculate property in a convenient location for accessing different parts of the city. It is well-equipped, comfortable, clean, and warm and comes with a decent TV package and excellent Internet speeds. The host is exceptionally helpful and responsive.
