This was a fantastic property for us as we didn't want to travel out in between the event we were attending so the in house amenities (pool table, spa, arcarde game) provided plenty of fun for the whole family. Large, warm, new and nicely decorated, the house was a great place to relax and the smart house functions were fun to learn.

From the second we drove up the driveway at night and seen the lights on we where blown away, walked in the door and oh my god, what an absolute hidden gem alright. Such a beautiful house, so much room, loved the spa, pool table, kids loved the game in there too, beds where so comfortable, we really didn’t want to leave, our kids where gutted that we had to go. The communication was just above and beyond as well. We will defiantly be back and be passing on to friends and family this beautiful place to stay too, thank you so much

Our stay in this home was great however there were a few minor glitches that were thankfully sorted out very quickly. Tech functions were a little difficult to navigate and I feel like we didn’t quite use it to its full potential. No dryer at house which was surprising considering theirs a spa & will need to bring additional towels as only one towel available per person. Otherwise the property manager was really communicative and was keen to sort any issues out pretty quickly! Awesome home, warm, comfortable and very family friendly lots to do there. Would definitely recommend family & friends to stay here!

Everything leading upto checking in was great. The communication with host was easy and he responded quickly. Was very understanding when I I had requested for a early check in and he made sure to fulfil my request and he did with no complications . Would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a place to stay with their families in Christchurch. Thank you so much my famoly enjoyed staying here. Will definatly be back 😊

The perfect place for a family get together. Something for all ages. The pool table and games area is so inviting- just off the lounge so still close enough to socialise with others in the lounge. The bedroom at the end of the house with the ensuite was perfect for elderly parents as quiet and warm with the heat pump at the end of the hallway. Loved the fact that with a big crowd you didn't need a key with the electronic entry. There was plenty of room and everything was clean, stylish and cosy. Best place I have ever stayed with a large group!

The place is roomy and has a few novel quirks (like curtains that close at the push of a button). It took me a while to work out how to turn on and off the lights (not your normal light switches) but once used to them they were fine.

The property itself was really good with lots of extras, pool table, spa and dart board really good extras. The house was a wee bit too smart for us and getting the TV to work was a challenge...we never were able to get sky to work. On arrival the property looked a bit neglected with unmown lawns and towel supply was minimal considering there is no dryer. We would also like to have been told that the garage was being used as a laundry with staff coming and going frequently. Overall we had a great time here but think there is room for improvement

Great place to stay any time of year.

Loved this property with all the smart connection of Alexa. Got in quite late but once we sorted the opening of the door we had a great stay. Warm and so comfortable. A pity we couldn't enjoy the house longer. The 70yr olds loved the Master Bedroom and ensuite. Definitely worth what you pay per night as a short novelty. Thanks Phil and Joy.
