Absolutely wonderful home. The only thing we found was the queen bed in 2nd room was unsleepable so went to sofas

Was very comfortable, clean and we'll put together home. Owner was easy to communicate with, would recommend to all especially with children as very comfortable.

This was lovely accommodation and we really enjoyed our stay here. Anne the owner was great and always quick with communication. Highly recommended it and would definitely consider staying here if avaliable when we return to Christchurch.

Immaculately clean and stunningly presented. Spacious, with comfortable couches and beds. Everything you could possibly need is provided. Lovely outdoor areas. Nice quiet neighborhood with supermarket/gas station/restaurant jut around the corner. Anne was wonderful to deal with. A perfect stay, thank you Anne

Anne's house is the perfect home away from home with everything we needed. The outdoor space especially was well used in the summer heat for kids playing and adults relaxing. Very quiet neighborhood. Park down the road was great too. Easy drive to city and main locations. Thanks for having us and your great communication

We had a very enjoyable stay in this clean, warm and comfortable home. With it being not too far from the city we were able to get out and explore the Chch CBD. Having use of the garage to park the car was also an added bonus, enabling us to charge the car one night, and pack the car when it was raining. So glad we discovered this property, and it's a great place to stay.
