A 5 minute walk to the CBD with cinemas, cafes, boutiques, banks, restuarants, entertainment centre, art gallery, day spas and nightlife. Take a brisk walk around the estuary to the Dolphin Discovery Centre. Take a short drive to the wineries at Ferguson Valley, Capel or Donnybrook. Enjoy a round of golf at the Sanctuary Golf Course, Bunbury Golf Club or Capel Golf Club - just a short drive away. Take a day to trip to the Margaret River wineries, cheese and chocoloate factories Or just stay in to relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean views from your balcony. This two storey fully self contained villa has main bedroom, ensuite, living area, kitchen and balcony upstairs and 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living area, toilet and laundry facilities downstairs. The ensuite has a relaxing spa bath. The unit has a security gate entrance and parking for 2 cars in a lock up garage with a remote control door. The villa is maintained in an immaculate condition with top quality furnishings. It has all of the creature comforts of home. The location is ideal with the proximity to the beach and the CBD. It is an easy stroll to Bunbury's entertainment hub but not too close to the restaurants, pubs and night clubs to have any noise disturbing you except at bed time when you can hear the roll of the waves when you are snuggled up in bed.More

Everything was just perfect. The communication was wonderful, the view fantastic and the amenities spot on. Home away from home. Our cars were secure and the area lovely and quite at night. Couldn't fault the stay. Will definitely book again next time we stay in Bunbury.

Fabulous location overlooking ocean and central to all amenities. The villa was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Our family of 5 were very happy with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to rebook if visiting Bunbury again!

So impressed with the location. Right on the beach and close to to cafes, pubs and restaurants. We loved the unit, immaculate and spacious with safe secure private parking. Julie was very helpful to our needs as it was mums 81st birthday. We will stay again for sure and recommend very highly.

This two story apartment is right next to the beach, close to the centre of town and the restaurants. Property is well furnished, modern amenities and is lovingly presented. Clean, modern with touches of a welcoming family feel. The owners were very responsive and I communicated easily with them. Three bedrooms 2 bathrooms laundry and open plan kitchen into the dining family room. Nice views from the lounge. Full appointed with all the cooking utensils, serving plates, storage containers, pod coffee machine, bedding and pillows. Walk in with your food and have a great time! Has a lockup garage large enough for two small cars or one if like mine -a land cruiser. Will be staying here again and will be recommending the property to family and friends.

Neat clean good facilities. Close to the beach. Garage at rear is abit short Nissan Navarra didn't fit.
