We drove 2 hours in 37 degree heat with our dog arrived at 2pm. No key was left to get inside. We couldn't get a reply from owner so we drove home. Owner replied at 9pm stating we call a lady for key and gave us a number! I said we drove home after waiting for an hour for a response. Do not rent off this owner as he has let many people down. Double booking & not putting key out. Property is not as advertised. It's not disabilities friendly either!! Dead garden with cigarette butts on porch. We got money back after 7 days from stayz. It totally ruined our holidays away. Very bad experience!!

We arrived and the house was already occupied. One of us had to return to the city with our dog as there was no where else to stay last minute. I even contacted the owner during the week to make sure everything was ok. So review has nothing to do with staying at this location. If you search a little wider there are three properties within a few streets of each other that all have the same photographs as this property. We got our money back but it ruined the wedding we were going too.

We weren't able to stay at the property as it was double booked and no mobile numbers were provided by the host. We were left stranded in the dark and having to struggle to find a place to sleep for the night.

No impression as the owner had booked other people, but had taken our money even though it showed on Stayz that we had booked and paid back in August. We will be demanding a full refund of our money as we’re duped into thinking we had booked the accommodation. NOT HAPPY

Small, 'superficially' clean, yet well equipped, heating in the lounge/kitchen would have been welcome. No WIFI was a major negative. A very comfortable bed. We had a 'satisfactory' week.

Nothing worse than the smell of stale cigarettes when your first end of the building . The frying pan that we wanted to cook our evening meal on had not even been washed .There was no heating or cooling in the main living area the TV only worked on one channel not a nice experience .We left and came home Saturday night instead of Sunday morning

House was as clean and tidy though very old. For what we needed which was to attend a dog event nearby it was perfect.

Very neat and tidy. All essentials provided. Quiet area. Close to shops for supplies and takeaway foods. There was a mix up with communication regarding my check in day, but this was quickly resolved and has not affected my review of my stay.

This is a great small pet-friendly unit with a fully fenced backyard. I've stayed several times to compete at dog events at the nearby Hay Park.
