This spacious 1 bedroom features all laminate floors in the bedroom and living room areas, granite counters, full size refrigerator, stove with oven, floor to ceiling marble bathroom with tempered glass doors walking shower. It can comfortably sleep 2 adults plus a minor. Beds: • King bed in bedroom • Full size rollaway bed in living room (optional). This duplex also features front loading top of the line LG washer and dryer and the living room offers a large sofa and love seat, coffee table and a wall mounted 55' HDTV's with Roku. The bedroom has a King bed with matching night tables and a 5 drawer's chest. Even though this is a cool unit it has quiet split AC units in each room as well as ceiling fans. Nearby restaurants that can be reached walking are Assagio's, Outback and Roy's as well as supermarkets, Walgreens, movie theaters and a selection of local and National fast food restaurants. Conmute to town is very fast and convenient, avoiding the well known gridlock of West Oahu, Leward and Windward. Typical commute time in the morning is 25 minutes to Downtown or Waikiki and 35 minutes to Airport or JBPHH. 30+ day rental. Spotless clean, nice location, near the ocean and several shopping centers, very easy in and out. Very spacious and the included parking and washer/dryer in the apartment are priceless when you stay more than a few days in a condo. See you next time!

Portlock is one of the traditional high end Honolulu neighborhoods. Located within Hawaii Kai is a fast connection with H1 Interstate through Kalanianaole Hwy that will place you in Downtown, the International Airport or JBPHH (Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam) within 35 minutes even during rush hour traffic. When it comes to security, this is considered the safest area of Oahu. Hawaii Kai is home of 3 large shopping centers with a selection of restaurants, general shopping such as Costco and Movie Theaters.
Getting around
Renting a car is an option but by no means indispensable. Public transportation Bus stops are a short walk away and the bus system can take visitors to practically anywhere they want to go.
