You must be inside during this time. *All Major credit cards and checks are accepted. No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance. We were happy with our stay in this condo. It took us about 17 minutes to get to the parks from the condo, slightly less to get to Downtown Disney. We liked the set up, with our 2 teenagers being able to share one room and a bathroom and to have our own full shower and bedroom, and a separate 1/2 bathroom on the main floor. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean. The living room set up was comfortable. The kitchen is tiny, but I wasn't there to cook a full meal. There were plenty of pool towels, but we would have preferred to have had a dish cloth or two to use. There were lots of amenities, like a cooler, games, strollers, etc. and lots of stuff, if you had smaller kids, to use. We loved having the newer washer and dryer to use and appreciated that there was soap and fabric softener and dishwashing detergent provided. There was full time security at the pool, but no life guard. There are 2 pools (a separate adult pool is located in its own gated area) and a hot tub (which was more of a luke warm tub). We did not use the BBQ. The oven heated up very quickly, but smelled gassy when it was turned on. Issues: The hot water tank could be loud, after a shower had been run. The batteries were dead in all three phones, so we had no access to the free long distance. There was a neighbour that seemed very shifty, but never interacted with us. He was just outside a lot and stared at us. There were a lot of stray cats out and about; I didn't notice the smell some people mentioned, but could see where it would come from. We sometimes found the place a little warm and there is a note to not turn the a/c below 72 F, so we just lived with it. Overall, the positives outweighed anything negative and its convenient location is a winner!
