Location & neighbourhood was good/quiet. Close to Disney. House layout and size is decent. Upon arrival and opening the door to the home, we were greated with a putrid/funky smell; quite hard to describe; not sure if it was a combination of musty smell, the older home, and the improper cleaning; but it was awful and we had to purchase candles and plug ins to cover it up. Cleanliness was disgusting; the floors were filthy (especially in the master bathroom and main bath; with previous guests hairs and dirt on them); the floors in the main areas were all dusty as well. I spent at least an hour and a half, re-vaccuming the floors and wiping down the bathroom areas as well as kitchen counters. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly at all. Again, there were previous guests hairs on the tub surround and tiles around the tub in the master bath, as well as in the main bathroom shower. The baseboards were absolutely disgusting and don't look as thought they've been cleaned in more than a year. While the house may have been recently updated (it had to have been at least 5 years ago); there are plenty maintenance items not being done. There are cabinet doors in the kitchen (many) as well as both bathrooms (main and master); that are close to falling off. The kitchen faucet is extremely loose, to the point where it seems it's falling off as well. The master bedroom bed, is extremely uncomfortable; it feels as though you are sleeping on a board. The pool, while a lovely size and heated; did not have a vaccum. We had a windy night/day; which resulted in a ton of debris landing in the pool; we tried our best to scoop it out with the net; unfortunately, a lot settled to the bottom and floated in the water. The photos on the VRBO website do not accurately depict what the home/yard looks like today. There is a ton of vegetation around the pool now; which to be honest, does not need to be there; it results in debris landing in the pool during windy days. Also, there seems to be an issue with ants around the pool concrete; we saw quite a few of them during our stay. We also noticed quite a few spider webs all over the vegetation around the pool. There is only 2 lounge chairs by the pool, and one of which was broken. Needless to say, our stay was quite disappointing and we feel an absolute waste of money. The home needs to be maintained better, and needs a HUGE DEEP cleaning; walls, baseboards etc...As well as maintaining and upkeeping of the interior cabinetry, faucets etc... The carpets in the bedrooms, should ideally be removed; as they seemed quite filthy and had lots of stains in the secondary rooms, as well as extremely woren. Unfortunately, we would NOT recommend this home to others; and will not be staying here again.

We just returned from a fantastic 8 day stay at this home. There were 4 adults and 3 children. The house was clean, well stocked with anything you could want. I was impressed with the fact that Susy (owner) provided a good shampoo, conditioner and body wash for her guests. If there is anything you need, Susy is right there to help you or answer your questions. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. It is very close to Disney and if we weren't at the park, we could see the fireworks from the house. Enjoy dinner on the patio, it's very relaxing even with the kids playing in the yard or pool. Thank you Susy for providing a wonderful home to enjoy vacation.

This place was very clean, and a great location for Disney/Knotts Berry farm. We had easy access to hwys for our day trips. The home was in a nice clean neighborhood and Susy took care of us well. We would use this home again.

This was our 2nd time staying at this home. We actually changed our travel dates because of availability this year so we could stay here again. It’s clean in a quiet clean neighborhood less than 2 miles from Disney. It is equipped with all you need to cook and the pool is wonderful. The game room is an added bonus too! Fun house for kids and very comfortable for adults. Beds are very comfy:) Owner is very attentive and we will stay here again on our next trip to Disney❤️

Beds were very comfortable. If you need it they have it! The home is close to Disneyland. My family of nine was very comfortable in this home. The foliage is gorgeous, and did I mention that there is a pool.

Wonderful. Everything was available to us. Clean house. Pool was awesome. Would do it again. Close to Disneyland and freeways. We were able to BBQ that was really nice.

Everything was perfect. House was clean. Kids had lots to do between the pool and the closet full of books/dvds and toys. Every detail was thought of. I would highly recommend!

We stayed in this home from August 1-10 and loved every minute of it. The house was wonderfully appointed, clean from top to bottom and had a great use of space. The back yard was a true oasis that we didn't want to leave! Minutes from Disney (we watched Fireworks every night!) and about an hour from Legoland this house allowed us to have the trip of a lifetime. I would return at any opportunity I had.

Great home owners. They got to back to me with any questions I had. Close to Disneyland. Overall a nice home however they could upgrade carpets in the bedrooms and rugs in the home also adjust the water heater since it did not stay warm with all the baths and showers that needed to be taken. Other than those minor fixes I would be happy to stay again.

This house is located in a comfortable neighborhood. The house was clean, well kept, and stocked with any amenities needed during our stay. We really enjoyed the pool and beautiful landscaping of the backyard. Susy was a pleasure to work with and quickly responded to any questions we had. My family and I would definitely stay again.
