The approx. 150 sqm cottage was built in 2016 on a 1 ha park-like plot. It's located in Chamba Valley, a safe and quiet area halfway between Lusaka International Airport and the city center. The property is equipped with an electric fence and a remote controlled gate. Friendly staff is at your service. Two large bedrooms (one en suite with a shower and a king-size double bed, the other one with one double and one single bed), a big kitchen/living area, a bathroom with bathtub and a washing machine/tumble dryer, two pantries and a spacious veranda are available. The lounge is equipped with a 3D-TV, a BluRay DVD-player and a sound system. A DSTV-decoder as well as wifi gadgets are available and both services can be provided at a fee. All rooms have fans. You don't have to worry about power cuts, which are common in Zambia, since the house is equipped with a powerful photovoltaic system as well as a solar water heater. About the neighbourhood
The plot is located in a good neighbourhood off a tarmac road in a safe and quiet area. The new Munali Mall is close by and it's just 5-10 minutes drive to East Park and Arcades as well as Waterfalls and Garden City Shopping Malls. A great feature of the area is the fact that you can use different access roads. You have several options to reach Lusaka International Airport or drive to the city center - and should you plan to hold (business) meetings during daytime, your visitors won't get stuck in traffic jams.
Getting around
Public mini buses pass along Munali Road (600 metres). A vehicle is not absolutely necessary but recommended. If you require vehicle/s and/or driver/s, we'll gladly organise your transportation.
