Fab House was simply THE BEST! LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! 💕 💖 ❤️
Wow! Wow! WOW! We have so much love for Fab house and the incredible, amazing hosts Fab and Jaa! 💗
Our family convened in Thailand for a reunion. 16 of us from 80 to 3 years old made Fab House our base during our time in Bangkok. But it was much more than a base! We love 💗 Fab house! It was the perfect location to celebrate my father's final overseas trip before his health deteriorates further. The locked gate, big yard and relaxing spaces both inside and outside the house allowed the kids to run around and play without all the adults worrying or fearing. The outside lounge with the big fan and sweet table was such a great spot to chill and create happy memories with our family!
The only concern we had was feeding lots of hungry mouths without many utensils and plates, and local restaurants were a bit of a walk away, but this too added to the fun and adventure of finding local vendors and tasting their tantalising dishes!
Fab and Jaa were superb hosts who went above and beyond to answer our questions before we arrived, provided us with everything we needed for getting to the house, even loaned us some cash for our cab when our travelling party got separated and the one with the money hadn't yet arrived! They helped organise transport for us with a safe, reliable driver. They happily translated for us when we were using taxi's and got lost. They came by or rang to check in with us if everything was okay.
The home was big, spacious (except one tiny stairwell - my hubby is a giant Fijian!) and clean. We were so blessed to stay here and we will definitely be back next time we travel to Thailand! 💕

Perfect House!

A Perfect Accommodation I have ever stayed!
It is a nice house and very good for a big family or group. The location is perfect that it is convenient to everything. Also, the host is so lovely. I like Thailand and everything there so I will plan to go back again. See you soon!

Fantastic for groups staying in Bangkok
We stayed three days in Bangkok with our Hotel Team from Villa Vedici in Kampot Cambodia. It was the first time that my staff were on an airplane and visited Thailand. We stayed with 24 staff members in the three houses. The services were great, location perfect, we could walk in 10 minutes to the closest sky-train stop and for Breakfast Fab organized it to be delivered in the Villa's. They also organized pick up from the airport and moving around and out of town day trip in minivans.
Really great for groups or a few families !!

Retro traditional house with balcony, yard and near the centre in Bangkok
we were a group of 10 so we stayed in both houses. i love retro wooden house with garden so it was perfect.
also near the centre, easy to get anywhere or book taxi. nearby there is seven eleven, lots of local food places to have breakfast. quite and safe neighbourhood.
the housekeeper and the owner both are very friendly and nice.
good value. total recommended.

Cheep House but Great Experience
The house itself is very clean and exactly what has been described. I am also amaze with the cleanliness in all over the place in the house. The host (Fab) also very fast in responding our question. Thanks a lot for your hospitality also, me and family are very happy staying in your nice house. Even tough location is not so central and we face some traffic also during our stay but its still considering okay. Fab also helping us in arranging our transportation in Bangkok as we are 14 people in one group. Thanks again Fab.

Nice Memory in Bangkok!
Fab is really nice and willing to help.He helped us book cars,making our trip really convenient!The house looks exactly as it is on pictures,even more beautiful.The neighborhood is quiet,also convenient on transport.We 13 people had good time here chatting and cooking ourselves!

- A quiet place with simple charm located in the Sathorn’s local neighborhood.
You will be hosted in a beautiful property of 3 typical Thai houses, in a quiet area close from the city center and all public transportation.
- This is the only place to have real Thai houses accommodation with a pool & garden and so many relaxing spaces outdoor in the center of Bangkok.
- For sure there is no other place like FAB House, so close to the city center, so deep into the Thaï roots.
Getting around
- Located in the city center of Bangkok at only 10 minutes walk away from the BTS Sky train Surasak.
- Only 2 stations to Silom, 4 stop to Siam and MBK...
- Icon Siam is 4.5 kilometers from home only (10-15 minutes drive)
- Asiatique night market is 3.5 kilometers from home only (5-10 minutes drive)
- We also have 'Sathorn central pier' just nearby (1 stop to BTS Saphan Taksin) where you can take the boat which is the best way to go to the temples 'Grand Palace, Wat Pho and Wat Arun' or Chinatown.
- To make shopping you can go to 'Makro' on Narathiwas road at 3.5 kilometers (About 10 minutes drive only)
- You will find a 7 Eleven opened 24 hours right in the corner of the house.
- A stunning local park at 200 meters nearby with gym.
