Our comfortable mini-suite on the 4th floor with breezy rooftop garden on the 5th floor are everything you need for a short or extended stay.
We are located in a colourful local area 10 minutes drive from the Old Quarter/Night Market/Pub Street, and just 5 mins drive from the famous West lake and the beautiful Botanical Garden!
The room is furnished, with a very comfortable queen-sized bed and a plant-filled balcony looking out over the parking place of Hanoi Beer Factory. It has a ceiling fan and brand-new AC, and a large en suite bathroom with toilet, shower which will come in handy in the coming summer.
More important, we guarantee this room will provide you a peaceful and quiet atmosphere perfectly for recharging battery after a long day of exploring our beloved Hanoi or a hard day at work.

About the neighbourhood
This is a friendly neighborhood. It's lively, local, trendy and rough at the same time. Many cultures live here together. And we have the best restaurants just around the corner. So be that Spider Man! Go get 'em, Tiger!!
Getting around

-Easy to catch taxis (Uber and Grab Taxi are available in Vietnam).
It's a 10 minute ride to the Old Quarter, 5 minute walk to the market for fresh fruit and veg and a 1 minute walk for beer and snacks. Many tucked away local food places and western restaurants in the area too. The nearby Botanical Gardens or Ba Đình Square are great for an afternoon getaway, and the lake is not far either.

Airport: Noi Bai International Airport: 30.0 km
Railway: Hanoi train station: 6.0 km
If you come from Noibai airport you can take the bus to downtown cuz it's a lot cheaper than a cab (a cab from the airport to the center of Hanoi is around 400k vnd).
The bus stop at Nội Bài Airport is located at Terminal 1. Look for the bus called 'Việt Thanh' (with red and yellow colour). The ticket price is 40k vnd. The final stop of 'Việt Thanh' is at 'Thống Nhất' Park. From there, you can take a cab to my place (#39, 173 alley Hoang Hoa Tham Str.) and it'll be around 60k vnd. Or you can take the bus No.86 which last stop is Hanoi train station then get on a cab :)
