I also love sharing my knowledge about this city. I am willing to talk to you about my city. - I am willing to guide you around my place to see some interesting things that local people do without any fee. Just need to let me know and we can schedule. - I am a big fan of tea and coffee. I have a corner that we can sit down and share tea and coffee on the ground floor. It is free and always available for you. ---GUEST ACCESS--- - You will have 3 private bedrooms with air conditioners, comfortable mattress and pillows to sleep. - You will also have the living room, kitchen, and dining area which are perfect for gathering with friends and family members. - I have a washing machine and dryer for you to do your own laundry without any fee. - The toilet on the second floor will be shared among your family or your group. The ground floor toilet is for your family and your group too, but I will use it sometimes and I definitely prioritize you to use first. - The front part of the house is welcoming guests area and also my working studio. I stay there mostly to work, to take care of my home, and to assist you during your stay. ---OTHER THINGS TO NOTE--- - Let me know when you will be arriving, so I can have well-prepared to welcome you. - I stay on the ground floor to take care of my home and assist you, so please contact me whenever you need support. - My home is a non-smoking home, but I have a tiny garden in front for you to smoke. - Pets are not allowed. - Non-registered outside guests are not allowed. - My neighbor has dogs, they might bark when you walk inside the alley. However, they are very safe. - I have furnished the place for your comfortable stay. I hope you'd treat my home as your own. Thank you! :) More

Feel like home and excellent stay!!

Perfect place to stay in Saigon

So you will definitely have the feeling of living like a local in Saigon. - The area has many interesting places like the Pink Church, the Jade Emperor Pagoda, Le Van Tam Park, Tan Dinh market. - There are also many food and coffee shops that you will always like to try.
Getting around
- 5 minutes walking to Tan Dinh market. You can find a lot of local food in this area. - 10 minutes walking to the Pink Church, also known as Tan Dinh Church or Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the second large church in Saigon. - 10 minutes walking to Jade Emperor Pagoda, also known as Chua Ngoc Hoang. - 5 minutes walking to Nam Chon Temple, the place of Basic Kung Fu for health in Vietnam. - 10 minutes walking to Thi Nghe river.
