There are 3 rooms in a nice house. If you are a group traveler of family or friends, this is absolutely good choice. Well designed indoor and outdoor. Get some drink on a rooftop, you would feel like sitting in a nice rooftop bar. Located in the central city of Seoul, easy access and check in-out.

The web site and descriptions are a bit confusing, so here’s the breakdown. The first floor unit is also known as the “Garden Family Room”. If you need beds for six or fewer, the first floor is fine. It has one bedroom that sleeps four. Another bedroom sleeps two. Sofa could sleep a seventh. 1st floor also includes bath and kitchen. 2nd floor has one bedroom that sleeps three and one very small room with a single bed. There is a small sofa and a roll-away bed as well, so could sleep a total of five in a pinch. Outside the 2nd floor is a nice deck with picnic table and gas grill. If you rent both floors, you could possibly sleep twelve total (sharing two bathrooms). The neighborhood is residential and dense. All you need is within walking distance. Yeji (Lavender) is most gracious and communicated strictly by email and text. She was most helpful in arranging airport transportation for us.
