Excellent in some ways 4 stars overall

The apartment and the rooftop terrace had outstanding views. Fast reliable internet and a 49" LG TV with an HD Netflix subscription included were big pluses. A great location close to many shops and restaurants. Unfortunately this also meant the apartment was so close to...More

The best gets better!

My 6th stay in the building with Joe/Jose' and as good as it has always been, it is even better now. Please read my other reviews for location etc. In addition to the excellentt cafe/grill there is now a sports bar on the first floor....More

Aprtment is awesome and rooftop access is incredible

I've stayed in this unit as well as 4 others in this building. All are great but the rooftop access is special. The 360 degree view of the city if fantastic. Standing only but worth it. The building and aprtment are both new and modern...More

Laureles is centrally located, immediate neighborhood is primarily low-rise residential homes and apartment buildings. Area is close to both Laureles Parks, UPB University, the metro station, the Stadium, La 70 with its great restaurants, pubs, cafes, awesome nightlife, malls, bus lines, and bike paths. Also within minutes of Plaza Mayor (convention center), downtown and Poblado. We are close to everything, WALKSCORE OF 98, WOW, 'Walker's Paradise, daily errands, things to do or places to go do not require a car'. Live a Real Colombian Experience.
Getting around
Located 2 blocks to bus lines and 4 blocks to the Estadio metro station. Taxis and UBERs are available 24/7… if you are going to rent a car the building has private parking available for a small nightly fee. We also have great TOURS available upon request... great option to have and consider.
