Great apartment with awesome view!

This is an excellent apartment with an incredible view. The apartment has great AC, fast hot water, and fast internet. The interior design is too notch also. Juanes is the perfect host and is very accommodating. He also speaks English. The reception in the building...More

Spacious and affordable

Loved the apartment. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were all available. Security was great too with the digital number lock on the doors. I would definitely rent again from this owner.

Nice and centric place

I was pleasantly surprise with Juanes and the front desk staff. They were all very nice and helpful. The place was great and located close to everything from a supermarket to a metro station. We loved it and we will be back for sure!

Close to nightclubs, restaurants and bars on La 70. All the shopping and services you would ever need are within walking distance. Laureles is centrally located only a couple miles west of downtown. Immediate neighborhood is primarily low-rise residential homes and apartment buildings. Area is close to the Stadium, La 70 with great restaurants, pubs, cafes and nightlife, a major shopping center, bus lines, and bike paths. 1.5 blocks from San Joaquin church, 3 blocks to large shopping complex with two Walmart-style warehouse stores (Jumbo and Makro) along with Home Depot-style retailer (Home Center), 6 screen movie theatre etc...
Getting around
Located 1.5 blocks to major bus line and 4 blocks to the Estadio metro station. Taxis are available one half-block walk, or you can use the bike lanes (ciclo-ruta) to move around the neighbour and across the city. WALKSCORE OF 97, WOW, 'Walker's Paradise, Daily errands do not require a car'. To get home via public transport, from the 'estadio' metro station you walk along the 70 street until you see the 'calle 41a', then go to the left.
